IMPORTANT NOTE:

Paying less than your current balance may result in late payment fees if that balance is not paid in full by the Due Date. Any amount paid after 4:00 PM CST on the 20th is subject to a late charge. If you have a previous balance, DO NOT pay your bill online or by phone. If paying on a Past Due amount, ANY amount paid AFTER 4:00 PM CST on the 10th of the month is subject to additional fees and possible disconnection. IF A PAST DUE AMOUNT IS OWED and it is AFTER 4:00 PM CST on the 10th, the office personnel must be contacted to inquire if the amount can be paid online or by phone. Reconnect fees can ONLY be paid through the office personnel.

The online payment portal has been updated. Customers now have the option of making a one-time payment with or without setting up an online account. Customers that do setup an online account will have the ability to:
  • Manage and pay multiple meter service accounts
  • Schedule their preferred pay-date up to the due date
  • Pay by Debit Card, Credit Card or e-Check
  • Schedule recurring payments
  • View history of online payments (Up to 3 months)
  • View consumption history  (Up to 3 months)
  • View phone number and email address on account

ONLINE AND PHONE PAYMENTS WILL TAKE 1 - 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO POST TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE THE 20TH OF THE MONTH.

If you have a previous balance, DO NOT pay your bill online or by phone.

Payment must be made in the office to avoid disruption of service.
